Our Commercial Contracts Certification (CCC) is a 20-hour on-demand certification program that takes you through the core essentials of commercial contracts. You advance through each course when you complete all videos and pass all assessments, demonstrating your knowledge with regular questions about the material.

NDA Certified
Our Non-Disclosure Agreement Certification (NDAC) provides comprehensive training on trade secrets, confidentiality, and non-disclosure agreements. This certification requires you complete four hours of training with extensive testing.
Indemnification Provision Certified
Our Indemnification Provision Certification (IPC) provides comprehensive training on indemnification provisions, including the strategy, interplay with insurance and limitations of liability, drafting approaches, and operational realities. This certification requires you complete four hours of training with extensive testing.
